+36,5 mio air passengers profiled as “requiring further examination” by #PNR. 81% false positives, but no statistics on convictions resulting from #EUPNR. Yet the @EU_Commission claims #EUPNR is “compliant” and “effective”. 🤔 So here are👇 my 5️⃣7️⃣ questions to @EU_Commission

+1In 2017 @EUCourtPress judged 🇪🇺🇨🇦 #PNR agreement incompatible with EU fundamental rights. #EUPNR Directive and EU-🇺🇸&🇦🇺 PNR agreements are equally contrary to Charter of Fundamental Rights. But @EU_Commission has been ignoring the #CJEU 🙉🙈🙊 & failed to act. Read my questions⤵️

EC vindt dat er eigenlijk al genoeg databases zijn met NAW-gegevens. Helemaal eens. Stop met Eurodac, EUPNR & EUROSUR europa.eu
