@Schellevis Grootste dataverzamelaars: Amazon, HP, TechData, Orcale en nummer 1 IBM. Google en Facebook hebben nog geen 10% van de data die zij elk van jou en mij hebben.

E.e.g. nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euro­pese_…­ Dus enkel transport, landbouw en externe econ. relaties. Lijkt mij ook niet bepaald een plan.
Belangrijker dan dat, zelfs daar hebben deze partijen geen plan voor.

Vandaag presenteert de @PvdA het wetsvoorstel: de Digitax.

Google, Facebook en Amazon behoren tot de grootste bedrijven ter wereld met minimaal 750 miljoen euro omzet per jaar wereldwijd

Maar zij betalen het minste belasting...

@FrankVanZuilen @henknijboer @NPORadio1 Het probleem is dat de definitie van fiscale aanwezigheid (permanent establisment) wel fysieke verkooppunten omvat maar niet digitale diensten. Hiervan maken Google & FB volop gebruik van. Frankrijk verloor een rechtszaak bijv. Deze belasting dicht dat gat tot doe hervorming

@brenno US CLOUD Act strekt zich ook uit tot niet-Amerikaanse bedrijven die een aanwezigheid in de VS hebben. Dus veel meer dan alleen Google en Facebook.

@GerbenKoopman @bdenh Waarom zouden bedrijven alle winstbelasting kunnen doorberekenen? Het is niet wat onderzoek laat zien. En dat is logisch. Neem een eenvoudig voorbeeld. Google en Facebook zijn gratis. Hoe moeten ze hogere winstbelasting aan ons doorrekenen?

@matthijnbuwalda Door de recente onderhandelingen zijn rechten voor auteurs en musici nu voldoende gewaarborgd. Maar uploadfilter dat wordt bepaald door Facebook en Google gaat te ver: dat onderdeel moet er uit. Dus geen ruil maar én én 😉
