@alemannoEU @EU_Commission EP secured the Rule of Law conditionality in the EU Budget. But @vonderleyen Commission refuses to apply. In my view @Europarl_EN as to set a deadline or take Comm to court for #FailureToAct per Art 265 TFEU. @EP_President @ManfredWeber @IratxeGarper @CiolosDacian @ph_lamberts

@SophieintVeld @EU_Commission We’re 53 days into new year (starting date #RoL Regulation):

- despite facts calling for its application, commission fails to even envisage its trigger

- Comm is working on preparation of guidelines added up by #euco

But #euco conclusions don’t produce legal effects?!?
