@Vrijschrift Online uitgezonden kerkelijke diensten vallen niet onder de richtlijn: het is geen commercieel platform dat auteursrechtelijk beschermd werk van derden zonder hun toestemming aanbiedt. We blijven het in de gaten houden bij de plenaire behandeling van dit dossier na de zomer.

@jeffjarvis @MarietjeSchaake @jimmy_wales @EFF Realistically, the tech giants are the ones who'd be OK here - they could afford to install whatever new censorship machines the law needed. It's nonprofits and smaller players that would be crushed out & ordinary users that would have valid postings arbitrarily blocked.
