Zweedse collega eist betaalde boete terug die EurCommissie Zweden oplegde omdat t de dataretentiewet niet goed zou hebben geimplementeerd.

@interminded reuze aardig, maar ik kom er wel uit. GroenLinks stemde in 2006 tegen deze wet dataretentie en hield nooit op m te bestrijden.

@EuroPaulB NL regering houdt zich doof voor EHvJ uitspraak bewaarplicht. Helaas heeft NL geen constitutionele toetsing

Om 19.00 debat met @MalmstromEU over de dataretentiewet. Het Hof in Lux schreef de wet af. Nu onze regeringsleiders nog. Teeven, dor iets.
