En de #COP23 in Bonn zit erop. 2018 gaat een belangrijk jaar worden; Bonn heeft wat voorwerk verricht maar nog veel moet gebeuren de komende maanden om van Parijs-akkoord over te gaan tot klimaatactie.

De Fiji Momentum for Implementation; de COP 'takes note' was te zwak; 'agrees' was te sterk; 'endorses' was het ook niet. Dus nu: 'welcomes with appreciation'. #cop23

Plenary on Paris Agreement is done; most of the thorny issues solved with procedural solutions. We will 'soon' move on to the COP plenary for the Fiji Momentum of Implementation
