Bij @bnreuropa sprak ik onlangs over het Europees vrouwenquotum. Maar om een carrière in het bedrijfsleven voor meisjes aantrekkelijker te maken, moet de werkcultuur bij bedrijven ook vrouwvriendelijker worden.
