Ik ga de voorstellen van de commissie graag even punt voor punt bij langs:
•“ a multimodal legislative proposal in 2022 to boost user-friendly multimodal ticketing;”is volslagen overbodig. Als er voldoende reizen beschikbaar zijn komt de app vanzelf.

Strong support from @Europarl_EN for an International Procurement Instrument! After being blocked for years, negotiations can finally start. It cannot be justified why third countries don't open up their market while their companies can do business here. The EU needs reciprocity!

Zet btw-tarief op nul voor groenten 🍅 en fruit 🍎! Europese ministers zijn het eens geworden om lidstaten de mogelijkheid te bieden om het btw-tarief op 0% te zetten voor groenten en fruit. De Nederlandse politiek is aan zet.

Verdrietig bericht in @tubantia: oud-Kamerlid Bart van Winsen overleden. Bart was een prettige collega, met een groot hart voor Twente. Hij maakte zich o.m. sterk voor grensoverschrijdende samenwerking met Duitsland.
Namens @CDAOverijssel wens ik zijn naasten veel sterkte toe.

Schengen is een van de grootste successen van de EU, maar wel een waar we aan moeten blijven sleutelen om toekomstbestendig te houden aan hedendaagse uitdagingen (migratie, veiligheid en behoud van Europese welvaart).
Goed dat EC met voorstellen komt. Nu moet EP doorpakken!

Mooi nieuws vandaag, Commissie zet in plan voor duurzamer 🇪🇺vervoersysteem vol in op treinen. Nieuwe regels subsidies laten wel te wensen over. We hebben genoeg luchthavens en snelwegen, Europees geld moet worden ingezet voor omslag naar duurzaam vervoer.

Gelijkheid tussen mannen en vrouwen gaat nog 60 jaar duren. Dit is bizar en oneerlijk. Ik ben dan ook blij met de wetten voor online geweld en gelijk loon voor gelijk werk die de EU op korte termijn gaat maken.

In plaats van EU-landen te straffen voor pushbacks zet de Commissie met dit voorstel het recht op asiel verder onder druk.
Mensen op de vlucht voor oorlog en geweld moeten we bescherming bieden. Ik ga er alles aan doen om deze wetgeving tegen te houden. groenlinks.nl/nieuws/voorste…
