It’s the G7 today! Time to let multinationals pay their fair share of tax.
Finance ministers Le Maire🇫🇷, Scholz🇩🇪, Franco🇵🇹 & Calviño🇪🇸 want to push for an agreement, including a minimum effective tax rate. Such an agreement would be another step forward!

The @EU_Commission just announced such a reform and a deal at the @OECD level is within reach.

The @EPPGroup has consistently advocated for an EU-wide mechanism to monitor #ruleoflaw, #democracy & #fundamentalrights in every Member State. This is the only fair way to proceed. When the rule of law is breached - the EU must act.

@MiriamvanBree We steunen boeren financieel om zeker te zijn van genoeg goed voedsel. De groene eisen zijn iets extra’s. Het probleem is dat de vergoeding - de hectarepremie - met minimaal 30pr omlaag gaat, en de eisen alleen maar toenemen. Dat is niet fair.
