More and more people are at risk of homelessness and energy poverty. This awful reality should be our highest priority. That is why today I called upon the European Commission to propose emergency legislation that bans energy disconnections and home evictions. ⤵️

One day after the Iranian regime brutally executed #Majidreza_Rahnavard, the EU slapped sanctions on just twenty regime officials and one entity.

Is that really the best we can do?

The heroic Iranian people deserve far stronger support in their fight for freedom! #IranProtests

Yes, it's still volatile and the industry needs to mature.

But the fact that many people prefer the freedom of a decentralized alternative, attractive as store of value, painfully shows the shortcomings of its own policies.
