@HuubBellemakers @swsjoerdsma Uhm, Huub: vaccin contracten waren Europees. Verdeling over EU-landen door EU gedaan. Europese vaccin productie verhoogd door EU-druk. Ik ben kritisch op te weinig focus op internationale vaccinatie, maar EU heeft een cruciale rol gespeeld bij EU vaccinatie.

+1Het politieke centrum is volop aanwezig bij de speech van Von der Leyen #SOTEU .Rechts, inclusief de ECR-fractie, geeft een duidelijk signaal af en is vrijwel volledig afwezig. Zo gooi je je invloed op het Europese beleid al op voorhand zichtbaar aan de kant

Een EU leger wat had dat kunnen uithalen tijdens de recente ontwikkelingen in Afghanistan? Niets. De EU is hopeloos verdeeld over alle aspecten van buitenlands beleid. GEEN militaire actie tenzij voor self defense (in NAVO verband) lijkt een beter uitgangspunt.

@WaterdrinkerP Vaccineren maakt niet dat je van het virus afkomt, helaas. Dat is een illusie. Het beschermt (op dit moment) nog wel tegen IC-opname, maar ook niet bij iedereen. Het is niet anders.
