@envirosec Good point, Guido, there is a separate Directive being drafted on the protection of critical entities, in parallel with this cyber security directive. Also being presented on May 26, also voted on in October 👍

@ChrisAalberts Toch was het Biontech die de vaccin ontwikkelde met Europees en Duitse subsidies. Pfizer helpt met opschalen. Daar kunnen ook andere farmaceuten bij helpen.

We horen er te weinig over maar het is in Wit-Rusland is nog steeds onrustig. Wit-Rusland President Loekasjenko in Duitsland voor de rechter gedaagd via @nrc en zo hoort het ook! Nu Putin en Erdogan nog. Kan ook in Den Haag! @BuZaTweedekamer nrc.nl/nieuws/2021/05…

@GagathaGaia @SigridKaag @NUnl Misschien omdat Merkel weet dat het op de lange termijn meer problemen veroorzaakt dan oplost? Het werkt vervalsingen en slechte kwaliteit in de hand en belemmert investeringen. Maar what the hell ? Of in diplomaten taal: apres moi le deluge..

Terwijl Joe Biden’s topadviseur zei dat ,,hoewel de VS sterk gelooft in IP-bescherming, het een vrijstelling van die regels voor #Covid19-vaccins zou steunen, vindt #AngelaMerkel IP rechten van #BigPharma belangrijker dan het oplossen van de COVID crisis.

Zeespiegel stijging volgens NASA is 3,3mm per jaar.
Dat is 33cm in 100 jaar! 👈
Drie scheppen klei op de dijk en het probleem is onder controle.
In NL is het slechts 18,6cm in 100 jaar.
#adaptieve maatregelen werken wel echt en kosten beduidend minder dan renewables.

On of my first incidents (‘13)was a BGP hijack by Russia at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Now I want new interoperable secure routing standards to guarantee the integrity and robustness of routing functions across the ecosystem of internet carriers (resource-PKI for BGP)

Other plans: in my former cyber capacity I hardly ever managed to adequately report a cyber security incident within 24 hours. And such incidents always seem to happen on a Friday, especially the Friday before Easter (hello 🇷🇺!), so I proposed 72 hours, already quite ambitious
