Bussen & vrachtwagens beslaan 5% van de totale EU CO2-uitstoot en dat % groeit. Om dit aan te pakken zijn betrouwbare data over brandstofgebruik/uitstoot nodig. Nieuwe EU-regelgeving zorgt hiervoor. Belangrijk! Dit stimuleert innovatie en investeringen in emissiearme voertuigen.

Mark Zuckerberg: weinig nieuws. Goed dat Europa de data Protection Regulation op eigen kracht heeft vastgelegd, bij gebrek aan mondiale overeenstemming. Daar kan Facebook niet om heen. Anders zouden we het nakijken hebben. Hij ziet nu dat EU eigen normen stelt. @cdaeuropa

Over referendum tegen sleepwet zegt Ronald van Raak: voorstanders van die wet willen een hooiberg aan data om een speld te kunnen vinden. Vlg mij hebben we in EU juist geregeld dat je met privacy zorgvuldig omgaat. Die speld vind je echt beter bij gericht zoeken. Stem dus tegen!
