The workplace should be safe for everyone.

I support the @Europarl_EN's resolution against harassment. We need mandatory training for all MEPs on harassment prevention. I urge my colleagues from all political groups to vote in favour tomorrow.

Good that Council took this step.

During the debate on the enlargement package, many MEPs expressed deep concerns about the approaching vote in the assembly of Republika Srpska to separate from the federal BiH structure. Commissioner Varhély hardly responded to it, but we need urgent action in this crisis.

🇪🇺Parliament must vote against facial recognition as a surveillance tool in public space.

Mass surveillance on the street without us knowing is a violation of basic freedoms and privacy.

Multiple US cities have banned this type of surveillance - Europe is lagging behind!

The 🇪🇺Parliament will vote on proposals on the EU-Afghanistan policy tomorrow.
We need a common EU approach, with countries equally sharing responsibility through resettlement schemes, an intensification of humanitairan aid, and financial support to neighbouring countries.

A #COVID19 #DigitalGreenCertificate? Only if it guarantees non-discrimination, the highest standards of data protection, and applies only when strictly necessary.

These decisions need democratic control and legitimacy. That is why @GreensEFA vote against an urgency procedure.
