Ik ben zo te gast in @bbvpro om het te hebben over de Europese noodwetgeving die pushbacks impliciet dreigt te legaliseren en waarom we dit niet toe mogen staan.

@MirjamNelisse Bij vorige GLB hervormingen is dat al ingezet. De basispremie is vermengd met vergroening. Waarom? Om de hoogte vd basispremie te verantwoorden. Mijn pleidooi altijd: houd basispremie en vergroening gescheiden. Wel vind ik dat boeren niet afhankelijk moeten zijn van basispremie.

@MirjamNelisse Het gaat om grond waar je directe betalingen uit de eerste pijler voor krijgt. De naam ‘conditionaliteit’ zegt het al. De condities oftewel voorwaarden waar je aan moet voldoen om directe betalingen te krijgen. Bedrijp je?

In plaats van te waarborgen dat het EU-recht wordt nageleefd, lijkt de Commissie het terugsturen van asielzoekers te accepteren in nieuwe noodwetgeving.
Onacceptabel, de EU moet het recht op asiel ten alle tijden beschermen.

@ypeijsingel Kunstmestprijzen zijn hoog door hoge gasprijzen. We kunnen kunstmest uitsparen door eerst onze eigen dierlijke mest (of zelfs humane uitwerpselen) te gebruiken op onze landbouwgrond = kringloop. Nitraatrichtlijn limiteert echter gebruik van dierlijke mest maar niet van kunstmest.

Bij de @Feport_EU conferentie gesproken over de veerkracht van de maritieme logistieke keten. De enorme uitdagingen in de energietransitie en tegelijkertijd ook concurrerend blijven. De sector moet deze uitdagingen aangaan en Europa moet investeringen in havens ondersteunen.

Claims of “suppression” of identity are unfounded and disingenuous. In particular by those who wanted the EU Treaties to refer exclusively to the Judaeo-Christian roots, thereby excluding everyone else. EU institutions belong to all Europeans.

We hebben ontzettend veel bereikt in de strijd tegen #HIVAids in Nederland en wereldwijd, maar er is ook nog veel onbegrip, discriminatie en gebrek aan goede behandelingen voor heel veel mensen met HIV.

Gisteren debat over de hoge kunstmestprijzen. Laat wat mij betreft zien dat derogatie en toelating kunstmestvervangers hard nodig zijn. Sluiten van de mestkringloop! Daarnaast minder afhankelijk worden van Russisch gas door meer in te zetten op hernieuwbare energie en kernenergie
