De klacht van Polen en Hongarije dat de Europese Commissie EU-geld niet stop kan zetten als landen de rechtsstaat schenden, is ongegrond volgens de Advocaat Generaal.
Duidelijk signaal dat Commissie snel stappen moet nemen om de rechtsstaat te beschermen.
